Publication Intern (paid internship) for its EAI office in Slovakia

The European Alliance for Innovations (EAI) is now seeking a Publication Intern (paid internship) for its EAI office in Slovakia.

The position is suitable for a student who aspires to start a career in the publication industry and wants to learn the basics of the academic publishing. The applicant will support senior Editorial Staff in day to day duties.

Technical Skills:

- Experience using Adobe Acrobat;
- Practical experience using MS Office suite products such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Specific Job responsibilities will include:

- Support the editorial processes for the successful publication of content in journals, including interaction with authors;
- General management of and guaranteeing of the inclusion of EAI correct published content in the European Union Digital Library (EUDL);
-  Adding content of the EAI's publication to the indexing services;
- Opportunity to work in English in an international environment.
